Refund policy

If your plans change, and you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet. Changes can not be made after mock-ups and proofs are approved by customer.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. 

Mock-up/Proof & Approval Policy

• Mock-ups/Proofs must be approved within 72 hours, orders will be processed as is if not approved within the time.
• Kraft Kountry will do our best to make your ideas and concepts a reality. Please be as specific as possible when describing the desired theme and colors of your order. Concept/Inspiration photos may be sent via email to kraftkountryllc@gmail.com, please include order number and customer name in the message.
• Prior to printing an order customer will be sent a proof for approval. All orders include (2) Complimentary Revisions. Revisions allow Minor changes to be made to the design.
• Any additional revisions after the complimentary 2 will be an additional charge of $15. Major design changes will result in an additional design fee starting at $15.
  • Minor design changes: Misspellings, Color changes, Photo placement, font selections, add/removal of small design elements
  • Major design changes: Complete theme change, Changing a photo that has already been edited, or changing party favor items.
